DAY 1 – ARRIVAL IN LEH | COMPLETE ACCLIMATISATIONAirport to Hotel: Approximately 5–7 km | 15–20 minutes
Arrive at Leh Airport and transfer privately to your hotel. The entire day is reserved for complete rest and acclimatisation at approximately 3,500 metres. Guests should remain hydrated and avoid alcohol, smoking and strenuous activity.

DAY 2 – LEH & SHAM VALLEY WINTER EXPLORATIONApproximately 80–100 km round trip | 5–6 hours
After breakfast, begin a gentle exploration covering Shanti Stupa, Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hill and the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers. Return to Leh and spend time in Leh Market, subject to weather and the guests’ comfort.

DAY 3 – LEH TO NUBRA VALLEY VIA KHARDUNG LAApproximately 125 km | 5–6 hours
After breakfast, travel towards Nubra Valley via Khardung La, subject to road clearance and official permissions. Descend into the cold-desert landscape and visit Diskit Monastery and the Maitreya Buddha before continuing to your winter retreat.

DAY 4 – NUBRA VALLEY TO LEHApproximately 125 km | 5–6 hours
After breakfast, explore the Hunder Sand Dunes and nearby villages, depending on winter accessibility. Return to Leh via Khardung La, with stops adjusted according to road, weather and daylight conditions.

DAY 5 – WINTER PANGONG LAKE EXCURSION VIA CHANG LAApproximately 320 km round trip | 10–12 hours
Depart early after breakfast, or with a packed breakfast arranged on request, for Pangong Lake via Karu, Sakti, Zingral, Chang La, Durbuk and Tangtse. Experience Ladakh’s stark winter landscapes and the frozen or partially frozen lake, depending on seasonal conditions. Return to Leh by evening. This excursion is strictly subject to safe road access, weather and official advisories.

DAY 6 – DEPARTURE FROM LEHHotel to Airport: Approximately 5–7 km | 15–20 minutes
